Phillips 66 Aviation FBOs Ranked Top 5 Percent in Americas According to AIN’s 2016 Survey

In Total, Ten FBOs in Phillips 66 Network Recognized for Excellence

HOUSTON – The results of this year’s Aviation International News (AIN) FBO survey are in, and Phillips 66® Aviation is pleased to announce that three of its FBOs were recognized as top 5 percent rated FBOs in the Americas, two ranked in the top 10 percent, and five were ranked in the top 20 percent. Black Canyon Jet Center (KMTJ), J.A. Air Center (KARR) and Jet Aviation (KPBI) took home the highest honors.

"AIN implemented a new evaluation process this year that compiles customer feedback over the past four years, and not a single year in isolation. Respondents completed AIN’s questionnaire that ranks FBOs according to line service, passenger amenities, pilot amenities, facilities and customer service representatives.

Serving Montrose Regional Airport (KMTJ) in Montrose, Colo., Phillip 66 Aviation's Black Canyon Jet Center achieved the highest individual category score (4.94) for its customer service.
