Partners into Plane Contract Fuel
Phillips 66® Aviation developed the industry’s first contract fuel program in 1976 to meet the needs of the major airlines by providing contract fuel pricing when unplanned fuel purchases occurred due to weather deviations. While the scope of this program has remained consistent, it has evolved to serve a wider customer base in order to meet the demands of an ever changing marketplace. This increased flexibility exemplifies the support and commitment we have for our branded dealers.
Today, the Phillips 66 Partners-Into-Plane program offers discounted fuel supply at over 200 domestic locations, making it the most extensive contract fuel service offered by any U.S. refiner. The Partners-Into-Plane program currently has 300 participating airline members, including all major North American passenger and cargo airlines, many foreign air carriers, and most U.S. regional airlines.
As a member of the Into-Plane program, you are pre-approved by Phillips 66 Aviation for fueling at all participating Into-Plane dealers. You simply identify yourself and then let the FBO take care of the rest. Through innovative state-of-the-art computer automation, a single invoice is generated detailing cost of the fuel, into-wing fees, applicable taxes, flowage fees and other services indicated by the FBO. All the pilot has to do is sign the fueling ticket and verify the tail number. No program cards to present. No long waiting. No releases to sign. No faxing.
Eligibility
The Partners-Into-Plane program is designed for all FAR 121 and 125 operators, and FAR 135 cargo, air ambulance, and scheduled passenger operations. Membership is available to participants who have the potential to purchase at least 60,000 gallons per year on the program. Base purchases may be restricted if currently based at a Phillips Into-Plane dealer. Unscheduled FAR 135 passenger charters and flights conducted under FAR Part 91 are not authorized to use the program.
