Partners-Into-Plane Contract Fuel Program

The Phillips 66 Partners-Into-Plane program offers quantity fuel pricing programs at over 200 domestic locations, making it the most extensive contract fuel service offered by any U.S. refiner. The program has over 300 participating members, including major and regional passenger and cargo airlines, air ambulance, fire fighting, and other specialty operators.

As a member of the Partners-Into-Plane program, you are pre-approved by Phillips 66 Aviation for fueling at all participating Phillips 66 Partners-Into-Plane dealers. You simply identify yourself, then let the FBO take care of the rest. Through innovative state-of-the-art computer automation, a single invoice is generated detailing cost of the fuel, into-wing fees, applicable taxes, flowage fees and other services indicated by the FBO. All the pilot has to do is sign the fueling ticket and verify the tail number. No program cards to present. No long waiting. No releases to sign. No faxing.

Eligibility

The Partners-Into-Plane program is designed for FAR 121 and 125 operators, and FAR 135 cargo, air ambulance, and scheduled passenger operations. Minimum annual volume commitments and other restrictions may apply.
