SAN JOSE, Calif. – Phillips 66® Aviation and more than twenty of its branded FBOs joined 450-plus exhibitors at this year's NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference (SDC2015). The four-day conference attracted a record-breaking 2,707 attendees who filled the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, Calif.
This year's show boasted 29 education sessions as well as a live emergency response simulation. Between seminars, attendees strolled the exhibit floor, interacting with leaders in the aviation industry.
Schedulers and dispatchers who visited at least 10 Phillips 66-branded FBOs were awarded Phillips 66 tee shirts, gold OPI nail polish, and emergency kits. Attendees that stopped by the main Phillips 66 booth learned about the Phillips 66 Aviation Wings® Card, an aviation credit card with no annual fee that's accepted at more than 7,200 worldwide locations. Visitors who completed an iPad survey received a Starbucks or iTunes gift card.
Daily gold prize giveaways included a Gucci scarf, Michael Kors perfume and watch, as well as Tori Burch bracelets. Congratulations to Christine Dunn, a scheduler/dispatcher from Chesterfield, Mo., who walked away from the Grand Prize Luncheon, with a golden Gucci handbag.
A VIP customer celebration gold party was held Wednesday evening at SB2 Communal Bar + Restaurant where guests dined on elevated American eats and craft cocktails in a rustic-chic space. Limelight, a Dallas-based, professional 10-piece party band, put on a high-energy performance that kept guests dancing into the night.
Next year's Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference (SDC2016) is scheduled for Jan. 19 - 22 in Tampa, Fla. We hope to see you there!
