Chicagoland's J.A. Air Center Once Again a Top 2 FBO in Ain's Annual Survey

Phillips 66® Aviation FBOs in Top 20% include Business Jet Center, Dallas; National Jets, Ft. Lauderdale; Jet Aviation, Palm Beach; Texas Jet, Ft. Worth

SUGAR GROVE, Ill. – It's becoming a habit for the folks at J.A. Air Center. Once again the Phillips 66® Aviation-branded dealer took a top-two finish in Aviation International News's popular annual survey of FBOs.

J.A. Air Center at Aurora Municipal Airport (KARR) – practically a straight-highway shot from downtown Chicago – has found itself at the very top of AIN's survey two out of the past four years – notable for a facility just six years young.

Survey respondents listed customer service as the most important reason to choose an FBO.

Recognized among those "who routinely go above and beyond" in providing customer service earned J.A. Air Center's Shalene England a special place in AIN's survey, along with Holly Hopkins from Texas Jet Center in Ft. Worth.

Placing in the top 10 percent of FBOs were Business Jet Center, serving Dallas Love Field (KDAL) and National Jets at Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (KFLL).

Jet Aviation-Palm Beach at Palm Beach International Airport (KPBI) and Texas Jet at Meacham International Airport (KFTW) were favored as top-20-percent facilities in the survey. All four Phillips 66 Aviation-branded dealers are notable for making consistent appearances near the top of AIN's annual survey, as they do in other pilot surveys.

TAC Air facilities at Salt Lake City International (KSLC) and Blue Grass in Lexington, Kentucky (KLEX), joined Million Air Indianapolis at Indianapolis International (KIND) and Showalter Flying Service, serving Orlando Executive (KORL), as top-30-percent FBOs.

The annual survey covers thousands of FBOs, with respondents rating customer service, line service, passenger amenities, pilot services and facilities.
