Downstream Petroleum Expert Greg Hart Takes Helm of Nation’s Largest Branded FBO Network

HOUSTON – Greg Hart, a downstream petroleum industry veteran, has been named Manager – General Aviation for Phillips 66®, the company announced, heading up the nation's largest network of branded fixed base operations (FBOs).

Bringing 25 years of downstream experience to his new role, Hart replaces Bryan Faria, who has been named Manager, Finished Lubricants, for Phillips 66. Hart will be based at the Bartlesville, Oklahoma office of Phillips 66, reporting to Andy Viens, president of global marketing.

Hart's most recent role for Phillips 66 was as Manager, Salesforce Excellence, Planning & Optimization. He served as a sales manager in both the mid-continent and the Gulf Coast for Phillips 66's branded fuels business. For ConocoPhillips, Hart served in Prague, Czech Republic, as managing director for the company's central and eastern European retail business.

His entry into the petroleum industry began with Shell Oil Company, where Hart worked in finance before moving to Tosco Marketing Co. There, he held several financial roles prior in refining and commercial operations, as well as a variety of managerial positions before Tosco was acquired by the Phillips Petroleum Co.

An honors graduate from Northern Arizona University, Hart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.

There are nearly 900 Phillips 66 Aviation-branded dealers coast-to-coast. In addition to refining, distributing and marketing aviation fuel, Phillips 66 provides a catalogue of business-building programs to support FBOs, as well as a variety of pilot programs that can make flying more rewarding.
