NBAA’s Top 40 Under 40 Honored at NBAA-BACE

Phillips 66 Aviation Congratulates Steller Employees of Two Phillips 66 Branded FBOs

Phillips 66® Aviation congratulates Fontainebleau Aviation’s Director of Sales Anthony Banome and Cutter Aviation’s General Manager Jessi Rowden on being named to NBAA’s 2018 Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40. NBAA’s Young Professional “YoPro” Council reviewed hundreds of nominations across eight career categories and selected 40 individuals who are helping shape the aviation industry in profound ways.

Banome, a New Yorker who began his career at Teterboro, N.J, is “driven by figuring out where inefficiencies are in the system and eliminating them to deliver a better product.” He thrives on the fast-paced environment of business aviation, and since moving to Miami and joining Bobby Courtney’s strong Fontainebleau Aviation team in January 2017, he’s played a key role in the growth of the business. Fontainebleau Aviation’s business has increased 150 percent during the last 24 months.

Rowden started out as a guest service representative in 2005 and has risen through the ranks due to her exceptional customer service skills and enthusiasm for business aviation. Rowden is routinely on the front lines, helping her team with projects focused mainly on aircraft, passenger and crew services. She is heavily involved in Women in Aviation International and the NBAA Schedulers and Dispatchers Committee.

"I love the fact that the industry is always changing, and it all boils down to people and collaboration,” said Rowden. “The relationships that we build every day are absolutely integral to everything that we do in this industry.”

Fontainebleau Aviation and Cutter Aviation are both Phillips 66 branded FBOs.
