Phillips 66 Aviation Boasts Top-Rated FBOs in the Americas by Aviation International News

Annual Survey Ranks Seven FBOs, Nine Standout Customer Service Employees for Excellence

Phillips 66® Aviation is proud to share the results of this year’s Aviation International News (AIN) FBO survey. In total, seven Phillips 66 FBOs were recognized: four FBOs in the top 5 percent – doubling last year’s recognitions – and three ranked in the top 20 percent. Jet Aviation (KPBI) and Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC) earned the top honors this year.

The results are determined by readers who evaluate all FBOs they have visited or experienced in the prior 12 months, on a scale of 1-5 across five categories: line service, passenger and pilot amenities, facilities and customer service representatives (CSRs).
