In Total, Eight FBOs, Three Customer Service Representatives Recognized for Excellence
HOUSTON – The results of this year’s Aviation International News (AIN) FBO survey are in, and Phillips 66® Aviation is thrilled to announce that two of its FBOs were recognized as top 5 percent rated FBOs in the Americas, two ranked in the top 10 percent, and four were ranked in the top 20 percent. Jet Aviation (KPBI) and J.A. Air Center (KARR) and took home the highest honors.

AIN’s FBO Survey asks its readers to evaluate all FBOs they have visited or had experience with during the prior twelve months. FBOs are evaluated on a scale of 1-5 across five categories: line service, passenger and pilot amenities, facilities and customer service representatives (CSRs).
Observing its 50th anniversary this year, Jet Aviation (KPBI) earned the second-highest score overall in this year’s AIN FBO Survey.
