Phillips 66 branded FBOs praised for best-in-class offerings and service
HOUSTON – Phillips 66® Aviation is pleased to announce that ten of its FBOs were recognized in this year’s Professional Pilot Magazine’s (Pro Pilot) annual Preferences Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment (PRASE) survey. Texas Jet (FTW) took home the highest honors, recognized as the best independent FBO and the second best FBO in the Top 10 U.S. FBO category. More than 1,900 magazine subscribers participated in the 43rd annual survey that acknowledges both national and international FBOs for overall excellence.

Pro Pilot subscribers scored FBO selections on a scale of one (poor) to 10 (excellent) in six categories, including line team, customer service representatives (CSR), facility, amenities, promptness and efficiency, and value for price. This year’s Phillips 66 Aviation FBO winners were recognized in five categories: Top 10 U.S. FBOs, Best U.S. FBOs and Best Independent FBOs, Best Small FBO Chain and Best CSR.
